God provides and impacts our life in so many ways. He promises that He is with us always. The Psalmist wrote this
1 You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
Psalm 139: 1-6

“God’s strength and timing when raising/supporting a family when my wife was ill along with studying while working etc. Timing in the respect of when we were married with regards to having children. People thought we did it too early only to discover that if we’d waited children would not have been possible.”
“I think for me the biggest and most transformative experience of God’s provision was in my first year as a Christian. I was working at Nissan at the time and had started feeling called to leave. God had said put down your net and follow me, I will make you a fisher of men. I tried to ignore it but really felt called to go.
It was at this time that my friend invited me to Momentum [a Christian conference for 20s to 30s]. I was unable to go as Nissan allocate holiday twice a year and so I would be working. I told him this but he got me a ticket anyway. Two days before Momentum started, a Nissan Juke got stuck in one of the 2000 ton press machines and effectively welded the entire thing shut. This shut down production and everyone was offered unpaid leave.
I was now able to go and had a ticket. It was at this festival that I had my first real encounter with the Holy Spirit and it is also where I got my call to ministry. God said to me ‘Do you believe I am who I claim to be?’, I said ‘Yes you have proved that to me’. He then said ‘Do you believe the Bible is good news?’ I said it definitely is. He then said ‘Then people need to hear it and someone needs to tell them.’ I said ‘I’ll tell them!’ Shortly after someone came to me with the word ‘fire starter’ and prayed for me.”
“The bus we were on stopped at the end of its route in an industrial estate. I had thought it should stop outside the hotel where we had booked a room. We had never been to this city before and did not know the area, neither did the bus driver. As we were trying to work out where to go, there was a lady still sitting on the bus. Later she told us she sometimes took the bus to the end of the line for amusement. There seemed to be no other purpose for her to be there.
She lived close to the hotel and could go with us on the next bus and show us where the hotel was. Otherwise we could have been wandering the streets for hours. We believe God sent an angel to guide us….”
So many more… God sees us and is with us always!
