Getting to the Allen

Driving:

Our address is The Allen, Wallsend NE28 7NP. There is free parking available on North Road and Kings Road and paid parking available in local car parks.

We are aware of several road closures and roadworks in the area, please allow a little extra time if you route includes the following roads:

• Central Motorway North

• Swanhouse Roundabout

Saturday 1st July is also the Wallsend Festival so part of the High Street will be closed to vehicles, please allow a little extra time if your route includes the High Street.

Travelling by Train or Metro:

There is a Metro station in Wallsend which is only 6 stops from Newcastle Central Station.

Where to eat:

There will be pastries and free tea and coffee available at registration and free tea and coffee available during our afternoon break but not during lunchtime.

Delegates are welcome to bring their own lunch with them, or there is a selection of cafés within walking distance.

Stalls:

There will be an opportunity to purchase a selection of artwork, card, journals etc, as well as preloved clothes, shoes and books, at lunchtime and during the afternoon break. We are able to accept card payments as well as cash, if you wish to purchase anything.
