One church, many places…
Life Vineyard is a Multi-site church. As a part of our vision for the church we plan to expand and plant churches across the North East that are all connected under the Life Vineyard umbrella. After moving and transforming the church since its beginning in 2006 we have had a heart for all people of the North east and in 2016 God dared us to dream of expanding, becoming one church in many places, this includes the vision to see 10 church sites in 10 years. At the moment we are meeting in 3 sites throughout the week and through the Life Vineyard Leadership Journey we hope to see new leaders grow and prepare to plant new sites as God leads them in His love.
Marley Hill
In September 2017 the site at Marley Hill was launched, led by Caroline and Geoff, based in Marley Hill community centre on Sunday mornings. This thriving site has been a brilliant hub for the community and a fantastic spot for the Lamp Cafe and Noah’s Ark as well as other family events.
South Shields
When it became clear that God was drawing more and more people to have a heart for South Shields, the leaders, Mike and Jo, under support and care from our senior pastors, decided to step out in faith and plant a site. They meet weekly on a Tuesday in their home and Thursday afternoons, fortnightly at Ocean Road Community Centre, holding a time dedicated to worship, prayer and friendship.
