We're looking for an Assistant Pastor – Training and Operations to help shape the next chapter of that journey.

This role is ideal for someone who loves developing people, creating training and discipleship resources, and helping ministries flourish through strong organisation and leadership. Working alongside our Senior Pastor and staff team, you'll play a key role in establishing a new leadership development programme, supporting church operations, and helping people take their next step in following Jesus.

About the Role

Job Title: Assistant Pastor – Training and Operations

Location: Life Vineyard Church

Department: Pastoral

Reporting to: Senior Pastor

Salary: £27,000–£29,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

Hours: 18.75–22.5 hours per week (0.5–0.6 FTE)

Contract: September 2026 – August 2028 (initial fixed term, with potential for extension)
